I purchased a Wi Fi tower for my daughter. It did not work. I called them and they said it was within the thirty day return policy so i could indeed return it. My latest experience was with my order for for two I Zoom flashlights. One works and one doesn't turn off. It doesn't turn off. It goes through all the advertised phases, but it doesn't turn of when you press the orange button. This is not my first or only disappointment with  Pulse TV products.  I have 2 "Toucan" type can openers that worked for about a week, the stopped for good. A while back, I ordered that head set w/earphones. The signal was so weak that I couldn't pick up enough to make it worthwhile. Later, I ordered the can openers (2 of them). They worked for about a week. New batteries has no effect on them. They just don't work. Last week I ordered the 1 Zoom flashlights (2 of them). One seems to be working (so far). The mole repeller worked good, until the 60 days was up. Then it quit working at all. There is no use in trying to return it since the 60 days has passed. I can't speak for the other products they sell, but the Rodent Repeller is a piece of ***. The price was good, and as I stated, it did work well for a short time. The light comes when it sensor movement after but not not go aot untill day light. I tried it in a dark room and same thing it was for 2 hours and did nor go out untill i turned on a light. When it was out side, I thought maybe the wind was blowing and moving treesthat kept in on. I bought 3 helicopters from this company for my grandsons for Christmas, but could not get them to them until after the first of the year. I just received a new color-changing pan I ordered recently. I love this pan. However I ordered one earlier last year and used it for months with great pleasure...but recently noticed it no longer changes color, which led me to order a new one. I have purchased many items from PulseTV and have been very satisfied with the quality and the price. I did have to return an item today, (stereo headphones - one earphone did no work) I called them, and they are replacing the item with no charge to me...it can't get any better than that !! Just returned a 3 ball set of therapy balls ($39.99) featured in an online video. The balls are painted hard styrofoam. It's going to cost to ship them back, but getting some refund for a disappointing purchase is better than no refund. It will probably take weeks to get refund credit, but to me, it's worth it. Not Pulse's product, but in my opinion, way over-priced. Had I seen them in person at a store, I never would have bought them. Read more

I've been buying from Pulse TV for over 4 years. I bought a "magic healer"and after it arrived checked it out on the Web. It or products like it had been the subject of FTC and private suits -- with huge settlements. All I requested from Rachel and her supervisor Tammy was a return label.
