Defective plastic stakes
Dear CSR Representative,
I have purchased my fair share of products from you folks with minimal issues that I learned to live with, however this one takes the cake.
I'm Writing to let you know how totally disappointed I was when I proceeded to assemble the 4 Dancing Solar Flame Tiki Torch Light Kits I ordered on 4/5/2021, Order No. 557****A.
Every single piece (12 PCs) of plastic pipe cracked while attempting to insert the connector pieces in order to maintain the correct height I prefer.
It appears the inside diameter of the pipes are undersize or the outside circumference of the connectors are oversized. Due to the lack of stability, the torches are not wanting to stand erect and come apart.
It appears I am going to have to purchase steel rods to rectify this problem and place the pipe pieces. Over the steel rods.
I cannot believe any replacement of the stakes or connectors will afford any solution.
The lights are very mesmerizing and I am glad they work, but any future purchases are very doubtful.
I surely hope this issue is forwarded to a higher authority.

I also ordered these solar torches. Had the same problem with cracking of the extension poles.
I call company. The CSR was very polite and explained she had that problem, too. She told me how she corrected using pvc pipe and painting it black. She gave me option of returning them or she could refund a portion of cost if I wanted to keep them and try her solution.
I really liked them at night, so I opted to keep them a nd fix them. Glad I did.
I get alot of comments about them. They really do look like real fire from a distance.

Thank you so very much for your honest and forthright review. An email ad just popped up for me about this product and I had high doubts about it, especially when it states that it was a hand sanitizer as well.
SERIOUSLY! You can MAKE your own disinfectant wipes with diluted bleach,paper towels, and/or fabric ( recycled clothing, too.) that you can rewash time and time again. You can also use hydrogen peroxide solution to make your own wipes to take with you very easily. I keep a baggie in my purse or back pack to wipe down credit card terminals, my cards, and keys and phone, whatever needs to be cleansed.
Portable small clorox wipes that you make yourself can also be carried with you to wipe off door handles, faucets and toilet handles, light switches as well.
You can toss them in garbage cans or put them in another baggie to carry away to dispose of later. THINK: "Pack out your Trash" as if you are a backpacker/camper.

I have also purchased a product from this HONEST Co. and never received it.
I Checked their tracking information. Pulse tv. Shipps the items with FedEx Smart post. How does It work?
The FedEx buck delivers the packages to the USPS near the destination, and the postman does the final delivery. SO pulse tv did not include my Apt. Number and postman could not deliver the item. And IT WAS RETURNED to sender.
I emailed Linda and sent her the USPS 2 pages of tracking information from the post office that clearly says Returned to the sender to linda@***.com. But They never responded, and I lost my money.
These people are not trustworthy. Small-time crooks at best.
