I have purchased many items from PulseTV and have been very satisfied with the quality and the price. I did have to return an item today, (stereo headphones - one earphone did no work) I called them, and they are replacing the item with no charge to me...it can't get any better than that !!
They didn't even ask me to return the stereo headphones which were defective. It is nice to deal with a company which stands behind it's products and doesn't insist upon a mountain of paperwork just to return something which was defective.
The lady I talked with was very cordial, and said my new headphones would be in the mail tomorrow.
